Cancellation Policy:

We understand that circumstances may arise which require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another client.

If less than 24 hours' notice is given for cancellation or rescheduling, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session fee will be charged. For last-minute cancellations (less than 6 hours' notice), the full session fee will be charged.
